Introducing Working Title Farm

A dynamic operation led by the seasons, in development for phased launch beginning Spring 2027

We are passionate about hospitality, sustainable agriculture and community.

Working Title Farm seeks to build a dynamic business venture from the ground up, incorporating Community Supported Agriculture, short-term Farm Stay rentals and a Community Kitchen. Drawing on these diverse revenue streams, Working Title Farm is positioned to generate year-round local employment opportunities, support responsible tourism and contribute to the local food web sustainably.

A destination for enrichment and relaxation

Imagine a weekend spent at a Working Title Farm-Stay on the edge of our herb and flower fields. Start the day on your private patio with fresh-baked treats from our Kitchen before you set out to explore the sights and shops nearby - we’re happy to provide plenty of recommendations.

In the afternoon, join a seasonally-inspired Culinary Workshop in our Kitchen to prepare dishes from locally-sourced ingredients with the guidance of local culinary artists. Dine on the edge of our fields and enjoy the evening sky from your private seating area before settling in for the night.

This is the essence of the hospitality we extend to welcome our guests to a restorative experience connected to the seasons.

We are seeking community-minded development partners that share our values of sustainability and collaborative growth for lasting success.

Working Title Farm is a multi-stage development project built on supporting regional food security, developing local tourism and providing sustainable year-round employment opportunities.

Our phased growth plan for Working Title Farm begins with cultivating the landscape to provide not only marketable crops but also a beautiful setting for our next step, the addition of short term rental units.

These Farm Stays have a booking structure that encourages regional tourism and sliding-scale rates to improve access, we seek to ensure these rentals are supportive of community growth.

Finally, the addition of our certified Community Kitchen will allow us to not only prepare our own value-added products and host workshops, but also to foster local culinary entrepreneurs with affordable kitchen leases.

At every step, Working Title Farm seeks to build a lasting success through intentional, sustained growth.

Finding our Home

Working Title Farm is seeking a 10 acre property in New England with a minimum of three tillable acres in proximity of a population center of moderate density. Working Title Farm is an ideal legacy development project for landowners seeking a working partnership to invest in preservation and enrichment of the land.

Ideal properties include former culinary businesses, current or former food-crop farms, permanently preserved farm land with road frontage.

Farm Stay development plans can be modified to make use of existing structures including outbuildings or motels in habitable condition, provided they have appropriate surrounding tillable acreage.

A multi-parcel development plan is possible for the Working Title Farm Kitchen, should there be commercial space available in the nearest population center within reasonable proximity of the primary operation.
